Project developer Condominium buys a project with planning permission for 4 offices and 14 apartments. The existing underground garage and rear building must be retained. BBSC-Architects is commissioned to optimize the project. BBSC-Architects is reworking the layout for a better and more logical experience, as well as technically and financially more interesting solutions. BBSC considers the development of a livable plan a must in every project, the search for livability, functionality and the feeling that it is more spacious than the m2 indicated is present in all our projects.

Each apartment has its own terrace and a communal garden provides peace of mind in the busy city. BBSC draws a new front and rear facade. The facade exudes grandeur, it winks at urban mansion architecture. A strict rhythm of the facade, with detailed elaboration of the niches. The height of the entrance hall, the elaboration of the reveals of the windows and the playful masonry connections ensure grandeur.
