Since 25 May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation legislation, in short GDPR, has been in force. The GDPR is a new legislation on the management and security of personal data of European citizens. This legislation determines how companies should handle personal data, with a focus on privacy and security.
We are obligated to inform you that your personal data is stored and managed securely on our server which is password-protected and protected by a firewall. Our server backup is stored encrypted in the cloud at Yaska. BBSC-Architects guarantees that your data will only be used for our business purposes. We, BBSC architects, also undertake not to pass on your data to third parties without your permission.
Customers:
For ongoing projects, the current and future partners of your project must be provided with your data in the context of the implementation of our agreement. We use your data (name, address, e-mail,…) for quotation requests, communication with the government, all construction partners, etc.
Relationships:
Your data will be used in the context of Professional collaborations, e.g. a request for quotation to your company, e-mail traffic in connection with projects,... In addition, it is not our habit but it might be possible in the future that we inform you by e-mail in a mailing. The data stored by us on the server after delivery is limited to plans and documents collected and created in the context of the assignment you gave us.
