Design and preliminary studies for a farm to table restaurant with training center and guest rooms

Client: The Chef's Cut

The terrain is characterized by a steep slope. The floors of the new building are installed as terraces on the existing landscape without changes to the terrain profile.
The restaurant has a large terrace with different types of seating to offer both more intimate atmospheres and large families a culinary experience with views of the surrounding landscape. Everything is framed by a new garden that is organized in such a way that maximum view is preserved to the surroundings.
The view of the surrounding untouched nature and Mount Sanine gives the place peace of mind.
The inside part of the restaurant has a wine bar, seating and an open kitchen. The windows can be opened as much as possible so that the transition to the terrace and the garden is optimally experienced for both the organization of the restaurant and the experience for guests.
On the first floor there is a workshop area where international chefs can follow training in Lebanese cuisine. We work with local products.
Part of the site itself and supplied from the spacious environment.
Some bungalows are furnished as guest rooms and serve as a temporary residence for chefs following a workshop. The guest rooms enjoy a private outdoor space in the peaceful garden.
