A warm house, BBSC designed a Nearly Energy Neutral (BEN) house for a family with studying children and a passion for cars and design. Located in a residential park environment, optimal use was made of solar heat and views of greenery. Light, view and transparency, the keywords in every BBSC design are here combined with the privacy of each resident. Warm colors and materials such as travertine, oak, forest green natural stone for the kitchen island, combined with soft beige paintwork, provide a warm home feeling with a glimmer of luxury. BBSC-Architects always wants to get the luxury feeling out of every material, this house shows how warm luxury feels.
